No Nay Never Filly Runs Out A Smart Winner At Haydock

A step up in trip saw Able Grace (3f No Nay Never – Sanadaat, by Oasis Dream) get off the mark on the third attempt at Haydock on Friday.

Bred by Minch Bloodstock and Castletown Stud, the daughter of No Nay Never made a promising three-year-old return when finishing fourth at Leicester. Stepping up to seven furlongs next time out, she was ridden prominently by Hector Crouch and was asked to quicken two furlongs from home. Leading approaching the final furlong, she kept on well to win by a length and a quarter, with the front pair finishing five and a half lengths clear of the third horse.

Trained by Clive Cox for Ms Charmaine Li, Able Grace was sold by Castletown Stud at the Goffs Foal Sale. A half-sister to highly-rated performers Charcor and Fennaan, she comes from the family of New Approach.
