Grey On Post (3f Sidestep – Artistica, by Spectrum) built on promising performances last season when making a winning three-year-old return at Milan.
Placed on three occasions as a two-year-old, the Castletown Stud graduate improved to win the six furlong maiden by three lengths. Trained by Simondi Soc Al Simondi E Lupinaci for Scuderia Di Martone, she was sold by Castletown Stud as a foal at Tattersalls.
She provides a nice update for her yearling brother by Champs Elysees, who was sold as a foal for 48,000gns to Jeremy Brummitt. Castletown Stud previously sold their two-year-old brother by Footstepsinthesand, who has been named Red Right Sand and is in training with Karl Burke.
